Therapy is a powerful tool which can help you develop a stronger sense of self and facilitate positive lasting change.

Hi! I’m Alex. People often come to me because they are ready to do deeper work. They’re not looking for surface-level conversations—they want someone who’s willing to roll up their sleeves, sit with them in the hard stuff, and help them move through it. The messy, real, in-the-storm moments.

My approach is holistic, eclectic, and straightforward. I’m not overly clinical or distant—I show up as a real person and meet you where you are. I tend to work from the bottom up, getting into the deeper layers of your experience: your nervous system, your patterns, and the roots of how you relate to yourself.

A lot of my work naturally centres around trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, and maternal mental health—especially when those things are tied to identity, relationships, and the way you experience yourself day to day.

Together, we’ll look at how you relate to yourself, the patterns that keep showing up, and where they come from. From there, we start creating change that actually sticks—not just insight, but real lived shifts in how you feel and respond. Our sessions will be collaborative and fit your specific needs, concerns, and goals.

    EMDR Therapy

EMDR helps you heal from emotional distress due to unprocessed or unresolved earlier experiences. EMDR allows a natural movement toward healing by stimulating your brain’s own healing abilities.

  • Individual Counselling

Stress, anxiety and depression impact our day-to-day living and relationships. We can work together to help overcome some of these challenges and find meaning in your personal and/or professional life.
