Hi! I’m Alex. I provide evidence-based counselling and psychotherapy, grounded in mindfulness and compassion to adults in Bracebridge, ON. Having completed training in EMDR, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, I am passionate about treating responses to trauma, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, emotion regulation, and anxiety.
Telling your story is courageous and often healing. With curiosity, we’ll make space for your diverse experiences and feelings. My approach to therapy is both holistic and eclectic. I draw from many different approaches while empowering clients to explore patterns, relationships, and past experiences as a way to understand their present ways of being. My mission is to help you reach your wellness goals.
